Hire whoever you want, wherever they are. A talented compositor living 400 kilometres away is no longer a logistical problem. During busy periods, you can bring freelancers on board in a single day, give them access only to the project they’re working on, and shut everything down on delivery day.

TPN READY
The largest studios and platforms don’t entrust protected content to partners who can’t demonstrate how that content is secured. The standard they use to assess this is TPN (Trusted Partner Network): a content security program promoted by the major studios, and increasingly a prerequisite for being considered for high-profile projects.
This system is designed from the ground up to align with those requirements: individually tracked access, encrypted content, three months of searchable history, granular permissions so each person can access only what they need, and the ability to provide clear, verifiable data when an audit comes.
This applies especially to remote work, which is often where clients ask the most questions. Content is never copied onto people’s home computers: it stays in the studio, while remote artists work on it without taking the material off-site. Remote working stops being something you need to explain away during an audit and becomes a strength.
What this means for you: when a client asks, “Are you TPN?”, it’s no longer a question that stops you in your tracks. The technical infrastructure is already in place — all that remains is the formal assessment process, and you enter it from a position of strength rather than starting from scratch.
And above all: your content stays physically with you. It doesn’t travel to someone else’s server or end up in an archive you don’t control. When a client asks where their files are, the answer is a room you can point to.
