Iren

Iren gathered its people for a convention with a simple, powerful idea at its heart: we grow bigger together. Our job was to open the event with something that made that idea move.

We started where the brand already lives, with the character from Iren's own logo, and gave it a single gesture: laying down one brick.

From that first brick, the entire composition explodes into being. The challenge was the transition: how to move from the character's point of view to the construction rising all around it.

We solved it with a first-person camera, riding the moment of creation and giving the scene its momentum. What starts as one small action becomes a landscape of colour and motion.

The brand's colour gradient became the visual signature of the whole piece. A wave of yellow, orange, red and magenta that flows across the scene, building rhythm before revealing the final composition.

Character animation, 3D motion and a soundtrack chosen first to drive the timing: every element moving to the same beat.

It all resolves into the claim itself, built brick by brick: "Siamo Grandi Insieme." Assembled by small figures working together, exactly as the message intended.

Delivered in multiple versions, one for each company of the Iren group, from a single animation built to scale.

Beyond the screen

Our work with Iren has also extended into physical spaces.

For a separate Iren Luce Gas e Servizi project, we created motion content for an exhibition stand, including a series of vertical animations designed specifically for its tall digital totems.

Built for those unusually narrow displays, the pieces brought Iren's colour, products and visual language into the physical space, turning motion into part of the stand itself.
